The reason is that I had to put up with having an insufficient and bad probiotic bowel plan. After being beaten as if I was talking to my sister because my head was turned sideways, the situation got even worse. The damage was not considerable, but the pain was great. I had to wear a collar and I was forced to choose the pain. I had pain and problems regardless of physical therapy.

Once I stopped my intake of processed junk food and sugar and stopped, I found that it was a significant improvement. Every time I started incorporating foods containing prebiotics and taking probiotics, I was like a human being! My problems began to disappear within a week.

Don’t underestimate the effect our intestinal health has on our well-being. This is the moral of my story, and it is my expectation, because I did it, that by reading this article, you will be able to do it.
